What does the PCT role entail?
Monitor, educate and provide care for up to 4 patients before, during and after dialysis treatment.Please note you will be expected to work with needles [training provided]
Support your community and build relationships by caring for patients local to your town
Work with a team of dedicated technicians and nurses to deliver quality care to your patients
PCT Schedule:
Rotating schedule of 3 to 4 days a week, including rotating Saturdays (Sundays off!)
Shift times range between 10-12 hours a day
Starting and ending times can range anywhere from 3:00 am to 7:00 pm (shift schedules vary by clinic)

What does a successful PCT look like?
High School Diploma (HSD) or GED is required
Comfortable working around blood and with needles, mixing acid or bicarb, setting up and cleaning dialysis equipment- comprehensive paid training for all teammates!
Desire to work in a healthcare field, 1:1 with long term patients
Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays and holidays as needed
Team player, multi-tasker, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Healthcare experience is a plus but NOT required: BONENT/ Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) Certifications, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification
