Job Description
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients, project managers, technology team members, and other stakeholders to gather integration requirements and define objectives.
Manage integration support queue, including triage and prioritization.
Act as a technical project manager for integration requests supporting customer requirements.
Design, develop, and configure integration solutions to connect various systems and applications within the property and asset management ecosystem.
Identify and recommend the most suitable integration methodologies, tools, and technologies to meet business needs and maximize data integrity.
Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans, including timelines, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
Perform thorough testing and validation of integrations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly, liaising with internal and external parties as required.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance integration capabilities, streamline processes, and leverage emerging technologies.
Provide training, technical assistance, and ongoing support to users regarding integration-related matters.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in integration technologies and recommend best practices to enhance integration functionality and efficiency.
Document integration processes, configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and maintain accurate records.
Support client product migrations, helping inform how best to transform and manipulate data from other products into PAM Tech products.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an Integrations Specialist, Integration Engineer, or similar role.
Strong understanding of data integration in a SaaS environment, using Web Services and RESTful APIs.
Experience developing ETL pipelines with APIs and file-based data exchanges.
Experience working with CSVs, XML and JSON.
Proficiency in Python.
Experience in implementing SSO with client IdPs, and knowledge of ADFS, CAS, SAML, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
Proactive and adaptable with a passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional results for clients.
Comfortable collaborating with clients and prospects, with the ability to create confidence, set proper expectations, and proactively problem solve.

Preferred Skills:
Solid technical background in property and asset management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, LeaseEagle).
